the mission

Our mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

get involved

Become an ally to a child in your community. Defend their potential.

Getting your child a Big Brother or Big Sister
is giving your child the gift of mentorship.

HAPPENING NOW

Change a Life. Start with One Connection.

One caring connection can change a life. Today, Queen is more confident and excited about her future—that’s the power of mentoring.

But many more young people like Queen are waiting for that same opportunity. You can help make it happen. Your gift today will create more stories like Queen and De’Andrea—opening doors, building confidence, and giving youth the support they need to thrive.

The next match can start with you. Will you give today and help change a life?

National Mentoring Month shines a spotlight on the transformative power of mentorship and its role in shaping brighter futures for young people. It’s a time to celebrate mentors, raise awareness about the need for volunteers, and inspire communities to step up and make a lasting difference in the lives of youth.
